55 y.o with breast cancer oncogene mutation following bilateral breast reduction to delay the nipple-areola complex position in preparation for bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomy. Subsequent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with tissue expanders and subsequent bilateral round silicone breast implants and fat grafting.
