Serving patients in East Windsor, New Jersey, board-certified surgeon Matthew J. Lynch, MD, specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery and is the founder of Matthew J. Lynch MD Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. With an individualized approach to care, Dr. Lynch and his team make sure to spend ample time with patients, ensuring they feel well-informed, well-prepared, and deeply cared for before and after their procedure.

Dr. Lynch received his undergraduate degree and graduated summa cum laude from Monmouth University, in West Long Branch, New Jersey. He went on to obtain his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. 

Continuing his training, Dr. Lynch completed a combined general surgery and plastic surgery residency, with an emphasis on aesthetic and restorative breast procedures, at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He also completed a fellowship in advanced microsurgery and reconstructive oncological surgery at the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where he demonstrated expertise in the latest technologies in breast reconstruction including Free Transverse Rectus Abdominis Myocutaneous (TRAM) Flap reconstruction. 
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Lynch is widely recognized as one of New Jersey's top breast surgeons for cosmetic, reconstructive, augmentation and reduction procedures. His expertise and training offers patients a proven advantage in cosmetic results. Dr. Lynch and his team offer a variety of services at their state-of-the-art practice, including breast reconstruction, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, and more.
